Council member Craig is currently a legal secretary at her husband Nathan's law office, Francis & Craig, where she specializes in new clients applying for Social Security Disability. Amy has a Bachelor's Degree in Humanities and English Teaching with a minor in French Teaching. She enjoyed teaching middle school Language Arts until the birth of her first daughter.
Amy has been active in the community through volunteer work and she is currently an appointed member of the Hopkinsville Beautification Commission.
2017 marks Council Member Craig's first term serving on the City Council, and she is excited to have the opportunity to serve our community. She currently holds positions on the Library Board, the Pennyroyal Area Museum Board, and the Parks, Recreation, Connectivity Action Plan (PRC Action Plan) Committee.
Amy has been married to Nathan Craig for 18 years and they are the proud parents of Rachel, Alison, and Hailey. They are active members of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints where Nathan serves as Stake President and Amy serves as a Youth Sunday School Teacher.
