Hopkinsville Transit Adds Walmart Neighborhood Market Stop (Effective November 16th)
Transit officials also reported that the Thomas Street Recreation Center stop will become “by request only” due to pending construction at that location. This means that, as they board a bus, riders will simply need to let the driver know they would like to be dropped off there or call dispatch to be picked up from the center.
Riders are also encouraged to use Hopkinsville Transit to Shop Local this season with extremely affordable regular fares of only $1 each way with free transfers. Hopkinsville Transit also offers discounted fares $0.50 for students, seniors, military and the disabled, as well as deeply discounted $5 weekly passes and $15 monthly passes.
Hopkinsville Transit operates Monday through Friday from 5:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m.
