City Launches Customer Service Survey, Asks How Are We Doing

Hopkinsville Mayor Carter Hendricks invites the public to take part in an important survey aimed at evaluating the level of customer service provided for city services.  Surveys are available today and will be collected through November 30, 2017.
 
Mayor Hendricks noted, “The staff at #TeamHopkinsville works hard every day to serve the needs of our community.  Yet, we are always looking for ways to do even better.”

 He added, “Gathering public feedback is an important part of our ongoing efforts to provide our town with the best customer service possible.  Why?  Because Hopkinsville deserves it.”
