Keeping with the spirit of the season, the Pennyroyal Area Museum will also feature "A Peek inside the Casket: an Exhibit to Die for," a special display that explores the history of funeral customs. Artifacts on display include caskets, embalming equipment, and portable pieces used by morticians for at-home funerals. These items of the undertaker create a unique exhibit that demonstrates how people have mourned the loss of loved ones through the years. On display from October 23 through November 11.
