Thanksgiving Holiday Schedule for City Offices, HSWA, HWEA & Museums

City of Hopkinsville offices will be closed on Thursday and Friday, November 28th and 29th, in observance of Thanksgiving.


Hopkinsville Solid Waste Authority offices will be closed Thursday. Thursday's routes will be serviced Friday.  Friday routes will be serviced Saturday.


Hopkinsville Water Environment Authority offices will be closed for the Thanksgiving Holiday on Thursday and Friday and will reopen Monday, December 2nd at 8:00 am.  If you should have any questions or concerns, please call (270) 887-4246.

The Museums and Museum Shop will be open for regular hours on Friday, November 29 and Saturday, November 30. The Museums of Historic Hopkinsville-Christian County is located at 217 East 9th Street in downtown Hopkinsville and includes the Pennyroyal Area Museum, the Woody Winfree Fire-Transportation Museum, and the Charles Jackson Circus Museum. General admission to the Museum is $2 with special rates for seniors and children; there is no admission fee for the Museum Shop. Hours: Tuesday-Friday, 9am-5pm; Saturday, 10am-3pm; Closed Sunday and Monday.
