Join the Museums of Historic Hopkinsville-Christian County for Lunch in the Cemetery at Rosedale Cemetery in Pembroke on June 1, 2013 at 1pm. Tour the tombstones and learn about some of Pembroke's most colorful, historic residents. Special guests include a Civil War veteran, a prison warden, a school teacher, a newspaper correspondent, and more! A summer picnic lunch of fried chicken with appropriate fixin's and dessert will be provided. Support the Museum and its mission to collect, preserve, and share our county's history by attending this unique event!
Ticket price includes lunch and other-worldly entertainment: $15.00 general admission; $13.00 for Museum members. Call the Museum at (270) 887-4270 to make a reservation (required).

The Museums of Historic Hopkinsville-Christian County is located at 217 East 9th Street in downtown Hopkinsville and includes the Pennyroyal Area Museum, the Woody Winfree Fire-Transportation Museum, and the Charles Jackson Circus Museum. General admission to the Museum is $2 with special rates for seniors and children; there is no admission fee for the Museum Shop. Hours: Tuesday-Friday, 9am-5pm; Saturday, 10am-3pm.
