City Requests Photos Shot with Compassion

In an effort to highlight the compassion often displayed within our community and to encourage even more acts of kindness, city officials announce the collection of Compassionate Photos.  Individuals or groups may submit photos through the city’s website, by email, or in person.

Mayor Hendricks noted, “We know that Hopkinsville-Christian County is a caring, compassionate community.  We invite you to share pictures and stories that celebrate the common, and not so common, ways the citizens of our community reach out to help each other.”

To submit a Compassionate Photo, please visit www.hoptown.org/compassion, email compassionatephotos@hopkinsvilleky.us, or deliver your image to the Hopkinsville Municipal Center located at 715 South Virginia Street.  While there is no limit to the number of images that may be shared, please submit multiple, hand-delivered images on a flash drive or CD.

For questions or assistance, contact the Hopkinsville Human Relations Commission at (270) 887-4010 or the Mayor’s Office at (270) 890-0200.
