Do I Have To Separate Recyclable Items?
It is not necessary to separate your recyclables for transport to the drop-off-facility. However, items should be placed in container in LOOSE form. Separation of items at the drop-off facility is made easy by providing separated containers. Please do not place plastic bags in the drop-off facility containers as the Hopkinsville-Christian County Recycling Program does not currently have the means to recycle these items. A REUSABLE cloth bag is recommended for transporting items to the drop-off location.
